This Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") is entered
into between you, the user ("Client", "You", or
"Your"), and Vahini X, a SAAS (Software as a Service) and
Marketing Solutions provider, managed by

Piyush Overseas Consultancy("Company",
"We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to
and use of the website and services offered through the

Vahinix.com platform.

By accessing or using the services provided by Vahini X,you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website andservices.

1. Services Provided  Vahini X offers a comprehensive suite of Software as a Service (SAAS) and marketing solutions tailored for business owners and enterprises, including but not limited to: SAAS platforms for business automation, customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, and Marketing solutions including digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content creation, branding services. These services are subject to modification at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility  

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of ageand have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using theservices, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility
requirements.

3. Account Registration  

In order to access certain features of the website or ourservices, you may be required to create an account with us. You agree toprovide accurate, current, and complete information during the registrationprocess and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for allactivities under your account. If you believe your account has beencompromised, you must immediately notify us.

4. Intellectual Property Rights  

All content, designs, logos, software, technology, and othermaterials provided by Vahini X and related to our services are theintellectual property of Piyush Overseas Consultancy and its licensors, and areprotected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual propertylaws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to useour services solely for the purpose of conducting business. You may not copy,modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our services or any content providedthrough the platform.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for the services provided by Vahini X will be outlined in the Service Agreement or subscription plan you select.Payment is due as specified in the Service Agreement or when subscribing to a plan.Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account and Services. you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.

Refund Policy: Subscriptions and Services once Subscribed is Non-refundable.

6. Use of Services  

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes andin accordance with applicable laws. You shall not:Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or servers.Use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.Upload, transmit, or store harmful software or other content that may harm our infrastructure or the infrastructure of other users. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to ourservices if you violate these terms.

7. Privacy Policy  

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our PrivacyPolicy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By usingour services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy,which can be found on our website.

8. Third-Party Services  

Our platform may include links to third-party websites orservices that are not owned or controlled by Vahini X. We are notresponsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party
websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for anydamages or loss caused by your use of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vahini X, PiyushOverseas Consultancy, and our affiliates, partners, employees, agents, orcontractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ourservices, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the (1) months preceding the date of the claim.

10. Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VahiniX, Piyush Overseas Consultancy, and its affiliates, partners, employees,agents, or contractors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages,expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of ourservices, your violation of this Agreement, or any third-party claim related toyour content.

11. Termination  

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time byproviding written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you mustimmediately cease using our services and delete any associated software orcontent from your systems. Any outstanding payments owed by you will remaindue, and we reserve the right to pursue collection for any unpaid amounts.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your accountwithout prior notice if you violate any part of this Agreement or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

12. Modifications to the Agreement  

We may revise and update this Agreement from time to time.When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the topof this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodicallyfor any changes. Continued use of our services after any such changesconstitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution  

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of Surat City Jurisdiction court, without regard toits conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this
Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Surat City,Country-India , conducted in English or Hindi, in accordance with the rules ofSurat Juridiction.

14. Severability  

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid orunenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid andenforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

15. Force Majeure  

Vahini X shall not be liable for any failure or delay inperformance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, earthquake, labordisputes, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
